Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    Products showing signs of excessive use, damage caused after delivery, alteration, washing, or improper handling may not qualify for a return.<\/p>\r\n

    Starting a Return<\/h2>\r\n

    To request a return, contact us at support@aaswell.com<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0within 30 days of receiving your order.<\/p>\r\n

    Please include your:<\/p>\r\n

    • Order number;<\/li>\r\n
    • Product you wish to return;<\/li>\r\n
    • Reason for the return; and<\/li>\r\n
    • Photos where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.<\/p>\r\n

      Return Shipping<\/h2>\r\n

      Unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error attributable to Aaswell, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\r\n

      Original shipping charges and customs or import charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\r\n

      Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\r\n

      Please inspect your order after delivery.<\/p>\r\n

      If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us promptly at support@aaswell.com<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and provide your order details and clear photographs of the issue.<\/p>\r\n

      We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution where the claim is approved.<\/p>\r\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\r\n

      Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.<\/p>\r\n

      If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

      Refund Processing Time<\/h2>\r\n
